• Comment: Honest, responsive, and personable. I had an emergency with my trailer while traveling through, and I thought I needed a certain fix to continue to travel safely. The gentleman promptly came and evaluated the hitch. He determined that I didn't need that particular fix after running a test. However, he did discover some secondary damage that would cause me grief down the line and provided me with a spare part to take care of it.
