Comment: I have never used All RV for any service; however, I had a collision with my 43' Allegro Bus on Saturday, September 26 about 10:30 am. I checked with the companies I have done business with in the past, but none were open on Saturday. Since we were leaving in three weeks on a trip in the motor home, we needed to get started quickly. Most repair jobs take from 2 to 3 months. I checked the computer listings and found All RV was open on Saturday. I called and Brady Millsap answered the phone. He said he is only there until 3:00 pm, but if I would let him know I was on the way, he would wait for me. I thought this was a little unusual since I had never done business with him. I arrived at the shop a little before 3. I explained my delima. I had not contacted my insurance company, so he said that was the first thing I needed to do. He said it would be pressing it to get the repairs completed in three weeks but he would try his best. He ordered the parts from Tiffin on Monday and explained the issue to the parts person and they said they would do their best to accomodate us. We had a few issues with the insurance company since they wanted me to go to one of their preferred shops, but I told them this is who is going to repair the coach. ON OCTOBER 7, BRADY CALLED ME IN THE MORNING AND SAID THE COACH WOULD BE READY TO PICK UP ON OCTOBER 8. THIS IS 12 DAYS FROM THE DATE I DELIVERED THE COACH TO HIM, LESS THAN TWO WEEKS. The job required replacement of a panal, one basement door and a lot of custom painting. I picked the coach up on October 9. The repair work was excellent. There is no way you could tell there had been any damage and the paint was perfect. I am a 75 year old banker and have never heard of All RV or Brady Millsap prior to September 26. I do not hesitate to recommend him and his staff. They are all hard workers, professional, and friendly. Please contact me if you have further questions. I will definitely use All RV in the future and suggest that you do also.
